Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Tools

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the generated packing slip.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
